You’ve heard it over the radio. You’ve seen it on TV. Is it really good if there’s no sugar? – Based on the quick research I’ve done, there are “146 Reasons Why Sugar Is Ruining Your Health” and I have listed here only the first 10, here are they:

10. Sugar can increase fasting levels of glucose.

  1. Haller, u know what it contain as a substitute for sugar? Asithamine -something ( i don’t know if I got it right, but it’s not important anymore) just check the contents on the label and you will the correct spelling. It’s a carcenogenic substance and sinisira nyan ang utak natin maka trigger ng cancer. do the research if ayaw mo maniwala…

  2. may contents yan as a substitute for sugar (asithamine) i don’t know if i got it right, pero i don’t care. You can do the research yourself just check for the correct spelling… it contains carcenogenic substance na maka trigger ng cancer daw and sinisira nito ang brains natin… kaya ZERO kasi zero na ang laman ng utak natin… heheh
